The requirement procedure with us is very much efficient and expeditious. Once we receive the legitimate demand documents from the client/employer we begin to prescreen the suitable candidates as per requirement. After the screening process we conduct pre-interviews at the earliest possible.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR EUROPEAN COUNTRIES: The following legitimate documents are required for any recruitment process for Nepalese workers in Europe:

VERIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS:
  • Original demand letter from the employer/Recruitment company attested by the Chamber of Commerce of the concerned country and the Nepal embassy/ consulate general of Nepal. In the absence of Nepal Embassy/consulate general the notarized documents attested by the Notary Public and Chamber of Commerce of the concerned country.
  • Power of Attorney letter
  • Employment agreement paper between employer and employee.
  • Guarantee letter from employer/recruitment Company to the Ministry of Labor & Employment, Department of Foreign Employment, Kathmandu, Nepal.
  • Agreement paper of manpower mobilization between employers/recruitment Company in Europe and recruitment agency Achieve International Pvt.Ltd in Nepal.


On receipt of manpower recruitment demand documents from the employer/recruitment company in Europe, we approach the Ministry of Labor and Employment in Nepal for government permission. At this point the Labor Ministry may contact the employer/recruitment company in Europe directly to verify the authentication of the documents. On such occasions, we kindly request you for your kind co-operation with the verification process by Nepal Government.

INTERVIEW PROCESS:
  1. Advertising in authorized daily newspapers.
  2. Advertisement: The advertisement of the demands from Foreign Company will be placed in National Daily Newspaper as per requirement of the company.
  3. Pre –Screening of candidates: All the candidates are pre –screened by the recruitment agencies in Nepal, prior to final interview by the company and short –listed will make it to final process.
  4. Interview by Employer Representative: Interview may be via Skype or telephone


MEDICAL CHECK-UP: All the selected candidates are sent for medical fitness check-up to the Nepal Government authorized medical centers.

VISA PROCESS:
  1. Orientation of the Selected Candidates: The medically fit candidates will have to take 12 hours’ orientation class organized by recruitment agencies.
  2. Visa Endorsement: As the candidates have successfully cleared from orientation class, the visa endorsement process will take place. For some countries visa is stamped in the passport and for others paper visa is provided.


FINAL APPROVAL: Final approval is provided again by the Department of Foreign Affairs prior to the deployment of candidates.

PREPARATION FOR DEPLOYEMENT: After the final approval from the department of Foreign Affairs the candidates will be prepared to depart to their destination.

ORIENTATION: This plays a very important role. We brief all the workers about their jobs, safety procedures, the growing conditions, teach them to honor the different religions rules and regulations of the country, customs and traditions of the other nationalities. We pay special attention to make them understand and respect the culture and traditions. The objective is to give them the idea of their place of work and environment before their departure, so that, they can adjust easily to their new environment on their arrival at the place of work.

FINAL MOBILIZATION: On receipt of visas we try our best to dispatch the workers at the earliest possible. As per our experience we normally send them from the day seven to fifteen days to their destination.

DOCUMENT SAMPLES: The following documents have to be prepared on the employer’s letter head, attested by the local Chamber of Commerce followed by the nearest Nepal Embassy or Consulate General. In the absence of Nepal Embassy/ Consulate General the notarized documents attested by the notary public and Chamber of Commerce of the concerned country. The documents needs to be couriered to Achieve International Pvt.Ltd.

DEMAND LETTER is the document specifying the demand for the employees, with details on salary, type of jobs, food/accommodation, overtime, duration of jobs, etc.

POWER OF ATTORNEY is the document specifies the fact that Achieve International has the power of attorney to represent your company for this particular project.

GUARANTEE LETTER provides guarantee that the workers will be employed as per the original demand letter.

EMPLOYEMENT AGREEMENT defines the agreement between the employing company and Achieve International Pvt.Ltdfor any particular project.
